The first group for the Elevate Yourself 6-Week Challenge has finished the challenge and the results are awesome! Each of them gave it 100% and it payed off. All of them started out with boot camp classes and moved up to group classes. They took it to the next level and they are amazing athletes. Their results clearly show that inches speak louder than pounds when it comes to seeing results. I have to say that the one thing I notice when I look at their photos is how proud and tall they are standing in their “after” pictures. Check out their before and after pictures. Way to go ladies!

Mayra Garcia knows how to bring it. She works her tail off when she comes to class and it shows in her results. She pushes herself past her limits each time she works out. Here’s what she had to say about the program:

“When I started this program with Wendy, I knew from the beginning it was what I’d been looking for. With a trainer who cares for what you need and want, I knew I couldn’t go wrong. I did the 28 day challenge and felt in 2 weeks an immediate difference, I lost a total of 9.75 inches and 3 lbs and was totally amazed when I saw my before and after pictures. I didn’t think I had lost so much but I feel so much better and actually look forward to the summer clothing!!!! Its a life changing program its not a diet!!!! I continue to work out with Wendy 3x’s a week and, I again must say she is AMAZING, friendly and caring. Don’t put off for tomorrow, what today could make a difference.”

In 28 days, Mayra lost 3 pounds, 9.75 inches total with 2.75 inches off her chest and 3.5 inches off her hips!

Erika Nieto is one of the hardest working women I know. She has an incredibly busy personal and business life and still managed to find time to do this challenge. When she comes to class, she leaves it all on the gym floor. She is a fierce competitor! Once Erika locates her measurements, we will post them.

Kristi Jones started out doing boot camp classes and has ROCKED the group classes. She is incredibly driven and I have really seen her grow into an amazing athlete.

In 28 days, Kristi lost 3.6 pounds, 5.25 total inches with 2.5 inches off her waist alone, went from 22 sit-ups in one minute to 31 in one minute and increased her handstand hold by 22 seconds!

Jaclyn Pettigrew is just awesome. She started training with me in January and told me straight up that she didn’t like to work out, get hot or sweat. After she started feeling better and seeing the changes in her body, she became hooked! She has only missed one class in 4 months. She developed a stress fracture in her foot and did the entire challenge in a boot. She is a ROCK STAR and she knows how to rock a swim suit!

In 28 days, Jaclyn lost 6.6 pounds, 7 inches total with 1.5 inches off her waist, increased her push-ups from 35 in one minute to 43 in one minute and increased her hand-stand hold by 21 seconds!

Marisa Grijalva can do anything when she puts her mind to it. She put it to this challenge and just KILLED it! This isn’t her first time doing a challenge like this so she knew what was to expect and what was expected of her going in to it. Her results are mind-blowing. I remeasured her three times just to make sure I wasn’t seeing things.

In 28 days, Marisa lost 7 pounds and 16.75 inches total. AMAZING. She lost 3 inches off her waist and 4.5 inches of each thigh. CRAZY! Her pull-ups went from 38 in one minute to 48! Time to move her from jumping pull-ups to the band.



The results from the May Elevate 6-week challenge are in and these ladies killed it! They gave it 100% and their hard work paid off. Sonya Himmerich started out in my boot camp class in March. She decided she wanted to take things to the next level so she signed up for group classes in April and took on the challenge in May. She is a machine and brings it all when she comes to class. I’m so proud of how far she has come. Sonya lost 4.2lbs, 10.5 inches total that includes 2 inches off of each arm and 2 inches off her waist!

Lisa Tirk started group classes along with boot camp in April. She works her butt off when she comes to class. When she took on the challenge, you could see results happening almost immediately. She was made for this! I’m excited to see her grow to be stronger and healthier than ever! Lisa lost 13lbs, went from 26 jumping pull ups in one minute to 40 in one minute and increased her sit ups from 23 in one minute to 27! She’s a rock star!
