Personalized training to help you reach your goals. Training can take place in your home or my garage home gym. Rates are based on frequency of sessions, number of people and location.
Hour of Power Boot Camp
One hour workout that is challenging and fun in a supportive environment. This class incorporates kettle bells, high intensity interval training, agility training, body weight strength workouts and some cardio thrown in. Workouts are always different and all levels of fitness are welcome. Workouts are scaled to each individual’s ability.
$10 per class
$8.75 if paid monthly in advance

Fundamentals Class – limited to 3.
This class consists of 4 one-hour classes to learn the fundamental moves and lifts that are part of the group classes. This must be completed before joining the group classes. This class is also available by appointment.
Tuesday, Thursday – 7:30pm
Group Workout Classes – limited to 6.
Indoor/outdoor group classes that incorporate high-intensity workouts that include body weight exercises, kettle bells, dumbbells, free weights, resistance exercises, Olympic lifting and more. Classes utilize the CrossFit methodology which has been proven to help you get stronger and faster. It’s an overall butt-kicking workout! Class size is limited to 6 to ensure personal attention and an overall positive experience for all individuals. Workouts are scaled to each individual’s ability. Classes can be added if there is a interest in a time that isn’t shown.
